Quick answers to common questions about Ma7alak
Open the app, tap My Orders, and select your active order. You'll see live tracking on the map from the moment the restaurant accepts until your order arrives at your door.
You can cancel within 2 minutes of placing your order from the My Orders screen. After that, please contact the restaurant directly or reach our support team via WhatsApp.
Go to Profile → Saved Addresses → Add New Address. You can save multiple locations (home, work, etc.) and switch between them at checkout.
Ma7alak currently accepts Cash on Delivery. We're working on adding more payment options soon.
We currently serve the Danniyeh region in North Lebanon. We're expanding to new areas regularly — follow us to know when we arrive in your town.

Make sure your phone number is entered correctly with the country code (+961). If you don't receive the verification code, wait 60 seconds and try again. If the issue continues, contact support.
Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We'll process it within 7 business days as required by privacy regulations.
