At Ma7alak Platform, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You have the right at any time to delete your account and wipe all associated personal records, either directly inside the mobile app or via this web resource without requiring the app.
1 طرق حذف الحسابHow to Delete Your Account
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل تطبيق محلك (مباشر وفوري)
Method 1: Inside Ma7alak Mobile App (Instant)
- افتح تطبيق محلّك على هاتفك (Android أو iOS).
- انتقل إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي (Profile).
- اضغط على أيقونة الإعدادات ⚙️ أو اضغط على معلومات الملف الشخصي.
- مرر لأسفل الصفحة واضغط على الزر الأحمر: حذف الحساب نهائياً.
- قم بتأكيد رغبتك في الحذف وسيتم تعطيل الحساب ومسح الجلسة فوراً.
- Open the Ma7alak application on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Tap on Settings or Profile Information.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on the red button: Delete Account Permanently.
- Confirm deletion and your account session will be wiped instantly.
الطريقة الثانية: تقديم طلب حذف إلكتروني (عبر الويب)
Method 2: Submit a Web Deletion Request
إذا قمت بحذف التطبيق من جهازك أو لا تستطيع الوصول إليه، يمكنك إرسال طلب حذف مباشر للإدارة التقنية مع ذكر رقم الهاتف المسجل بالحساب عبر أحد الخيارات التالية:

2 ما هي البيانات التي يتم حذفها؟What Data is Deleted?
عند تأكيد حذف الحساب، نقوم فوراً وبشكل دائم بحذف البيانات التالية:
Upon confirmation of deletion, we immediately and permanently remove:
- معلومات ملفك الشخصي (الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني).
- Profile details (Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address).
- جميع العناوين والمواقع الجغرافية (GPS) المحفوظة لحسابك.
- All saved delivery addresses and GPS locations.
- رموز الإشعارات وأجهزة التسجيل (Firebase FCM Tokens).
- Push notification device tokens (Firebase FCM).
- جلسات الدخول ورموز الأمان (Authentication Bearer Tokens).
- Authentication tokens and active login sessions.
- محتويات سلة التسوق النشطة وأية تفضيلات محفوظة.
- Active shopping cart items and saved user preferences.
3 ما هي البيانات التي قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها مؤقتاً؟What Data is Retained?
البيانات المحتفظ بها لأسباب نظامية وقانونية:
Data retained strictly for regulatory & legal purposes:
- سجلات المعاملات المالية والفواتير: يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات المكتملة مسبقاً بشكل مجهول الهوية (Anonymized) لفترة يفرضها القانون التجاري والمالي والمحاسبي لأغراض التدقيق الضريبي، ولا يتم استخدام هذه البيانات لأي أغراض إعلانية أو تسويقية على الإطلاق.
- Completed Financial Transactions & Invoices: Historical transaction and invoice records are preserved in an anonymized state as required by applicable commercial accounting laws for tax auditing. This data is never used for marketing.
4 المدة الزمنية للتنفيذDeletion Timeframe
عبر التطبيق: الحذف فوري ويتم تعطيل وتطهير الحساب في اللحظة ذاتها.
Via Mobile App: Deletion is instantaneous upon user confirmation.
عبر طلب الويب / البريد: تتم معالجة وتأكيد طلبات الحذف اليدوية خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة كحد أقصى مع إشعارك باكتمال العملية.
Via Web / Email Request: Manual requests are verified and executed within 24 to 48 hours with confirmation sent to you.
